Refund Policy

1. Booking Fees

All session booking fees are non-refundable as they secure your exclusive spot and block calendar availability. If a rescheduling is requested with at least 48 hours notice, the fee can be applied to the rescheduled date.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued for digital photo packages once the high-resolution images have been downloaded or shared via online galleries.

3. Print Products and Albums

Every print, frame, and album is custom-ordered and printed to archival museum standards. Once orders are sent to our laboratory partners, they cannot be canceled or refunded. In the rare event of printing damage or transport defects, we will replace the item immediately upon receipt of photographic proof.
