1. Booking and Reservations

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your photography session date. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the shoot, prior to any editing or digital file delivery.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are unfavorable, we will coordinate a reschedule or move the session into our Aberdeen studio at no extra charge.

3. Copyright and Ownership

Catch a Moment Studio retains all copyrights to the raw and edited images created during your session. Client is granted a personal, non-commercial print and sharing license. Any commercial usage, publication, or selling of the images requires written consent from Daniela Tauzowska.

4. Image Retouching and Delivery

We edit images with our signature professional style (color correction, light adjustments, and gentle skin polishing). We do not release raw or unedited digital files as they do not represent our final craft. Delivery times vary but are typically 2-3 weeks post-session.
